User - a person who visited the www.monoup.com website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site", “Web-site”), and / or filled out a Questionnaire, who is one of the parties to this agreement.

Provider - a legal entity registered in accordance with international law, which has a financial license to provide payment services to merchant or its agent.

Client is a legal entity or other business entity that is interested in the consulting service about accepting payments from customers on its website in order to carry out its business activities.

All concepts and terms of these Terms and Conditions are used in the meaning provided by the current legislation of England and Wales.

Force Majeure

The parties are released from liability if the breach of their obligations occurred due to circumstances beyond their control (force majeure).
